More than thirty years have passed since 1914 when I made my modest contribution as a volunteer in the First World War, which was forced upon the Reich.
In these three decades love and loyalty to my people have guided all my thoughts, actions and my life. They gave me the strength to make the most difficult decisions ever to confront mortal man. In these three decades I have spent my strength and my health.
It is untrue that I or anyone else in Germany wanted war in 1939. It was wanted and provoked solely by international statesmen either of Jewish origin or working for Jewish interests. I have made too many offers for the limitation and control of armaments, which posterity will not be cowardly enough always to disregard, for responsibility for the outbreak of this war to be placed on me. Nor have I ever wished that, after the appalling First World War, there would ever be a second against either England or America. Centuries will go by, but from the ruins of our towns and monuments the hatred of those ultimately responsible will always grow anew against the people whom we have to thank for all this: international Jewry and its henchmen.
Only three days before the outbreak of the German-Polish war I proposed a solution of the German-Polish problem to the British Ambassador in Berlin – international control as in the case of the Saar. This offer, too, cannot be lied away. It was only rejected because the ruling clique in England wanted war, partly for commercial reasons and partly because it was influenced by the propaganda put out by international Jewry.
I have left no one in doubt that if the people of Europe are once more treated as mere blocks of shares in the hands of these international money and finance conspirators, then the sole responsibility for the massacre must be borne by the true culprits: the Jews. Nor have I left anyone in doubt that this time millions of European children of Aryan descent will starve to death, millions of men will die in battle, and hundreds of thousands of women and children will be burned or bombed to death in our cities without the true culprits being held to account, albeit more humanely.
After six years of war which, despite all setbacks, will one day go down in history as the most glorious and heroic manifestation of the struggle for existence of a nation, I cannot abandon the city which is the capital of this Reich. Since our forces are too meager to withstand the enemy’s attack and since our resistance is being debased by creatures who are as blind as they are lacking in character, I wish to share my fate with that which millions of others have also taken upon themselves by remaining in this city. Further, I shall not fall into the hands of the enemy who requires a new spectacle, presented by the Jews, for the diversion of the hysterical masses.
I have therefore decided to stay in Berlin and there to choose death voluntarily when I determine that the position of the Fuhrer and the Chancellery itself can no longer be maintained. I die with a joyful heart in the knowledge of the immeasurable deeds and achievements of our peasants and workers and of a contribution unique in the history of our youth which bears my name.
That I am deeply grateful to them all is as self-evident as is my wish that they do not abandon the struggle but that, no matter where, they continue to fight the enemies of the Fatherland, faithful to the ideals of the great Clausewitz. Through the sacrifices of our soldiers and my own fellowship with them unto death, a seed has been sown in German history that will one day grow to usher in the glorious rebirth of the National Socialist movement in a truly united nation.
Many of our bravest men and women have sworn to bind their lives to mine to the end. I have begged, and finally ordered, them not to do so but to play their part in the further struggle of the nation. I ask the leaders of the Army, the Navy and the Air Force to strengthen the National Socialist spirit of resistance of our soldiers by all possible means, with special emphasis on the fact that I myself, as the founder and creator of this movement, prefer death to cowardly resignation or even to capitulation.
May it become a point of honor of future German army officers, as it is already in our Navy, that the surrender of a district or town is out of the question and that, above everything else, the commanders must set a shining example of faithful devotion to duty unto death.
Before my death, I expel former Reichs-Marshal Hermann Goring from the party and withdraw from him all the rights that were conferred upon him by the decree of 29 June, 1941 and by my Reichstag statement of 1 September, 1939. In his place I appoint Admiral Donitz as President of the Reich and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
Before my death, I expel the former Reichsfuhrer of the S.S. and the Minister of the Interior Heinrich Himmler from the party and from all his state officers. In his place I appoint Gauleiter Karl Hanke as Reichsfuhrer of the S.S. and Head of the German Police, and Gauleiter Paul Giesler as Minister of the Interior.
Apart altogether from their disloyalty to me, Goring and Himmler have brought irreparable shame on the whole nation by secretly negotiating with my enemy without my knowledge and against my will, and also by attempting illegally to seize control of the State.
In order to provide the German people with a government of honorable men who will fulfill the task of continuing the war will all the means at their disposal, I, as Fuhrer of the nation, appoint the following members of the new cabinet:
President of the Reich: Donitz Chancellor of the Reich: Dr Goebbels Party Minister: Bormann Foreign Minister: Seyss-Inquart Minister of the Interior: Gauleiter Giesler Minister of War: Donitz Supreme Commander of the Army: Schorner Supreme Commander of the Navy: Donitz Supreme Commander of the Air Force: Greim Reichsfuhrer of the S.S. and Head of the German Police: Gauleiter Hanke Trade: Funk Agriculture: Backe Justice: Thierack Culture: Dr Scheel Propaganda: Dr Naumann Finance: Schwerin-Crossigk Labor: Dr Hupfauer Munitions: Saur Leader of the German Labor Front and Minister without Portfolio: Dr Ley.
Although a number of these men, including Martin Bormann, Dr Goebbels and others together with their wives have joined me of their own free will, not wishing to leave the capital under any circumstances and prepared to die with me, I implore them to grant my request that they place the welfare of the nation above their own feelings. By their work and loyal companionship they will remain as close to me after my death as I hope my spirit will continue to dwell among them and accompany them always. Let them be severe but never unjust and let them never, above all, allow fear to preside over their actions, placing the honor of the nation above everything that exists on earth. May they, finally, always remember that our task, the consolidation of a National Socialist state, represents the work of centuries to come, so that every individual must subordinate his own interest to the common good. I ask of all Germans, of all National Socialists, men and women and all soldiers of the Wehrmacht, that they remain faithful and obedient unto death to the new government and its President.
Above all, I enjoin the government and the people to uphold the race laws to the limit and to resist mercilessly the poisoner of all nations, international Jewry.
Berlin, 29 April, 1945, 4 a.m.
Dr Joseph Goebbels Wilhelm Burgdorf Martin Bormann Hans Krebs
Much as I gaze in awe at the Jews’ laws for maintaining and preserving the purity of their race, I must nevertheless proceed from my belief that racial theories, should they become the subject of public discussion, may prove a national disaster rather than a blessing.
We must accept the mixing of blood as it is. We must not call one blood worse than another, one mixture better than another. Rather, we must employ other means to breed a higher form from this gray mass. We must try to bring to the surface the valuable traits of the people… to cultivate and to develop them, and we must find ways and means to prevent the propagation of all the bad, inferior, criminal and decadent tendencies and all the congenital diseases so damaging to the Volk.
Furthermore, we must educate the young people in the beauty of movement, the beauty of the body, and the beauty of the spirit. Athletics, personal grooming, physical training, public performances of competitive games and contests, and a revival of the performing arts along the old Greek models will contribute to making a girl see how the man who is worthy of her should look and appear, as well as letting a boy know what his ideal woman is like. Then he will voluntarily turn away from the games coquettish puppets play, from dyed hair, painted faces, roughed lips and red fingernails.
And such selective breeding will become all the more matter of course the more we bring the… Volk together and weld it into one. In their earliest childhood, in kindergarten, in elementary school, in the Hitler Youth and the League of German girls, all classes must meet. No distinction should be allowed to be made between the rich and the poor, between high and low, between city and country, between employer and employee; rather, there is only the distinction between respectable and disrespectable, between companionable and uncompanionable, between aboveboard and furtive, between truth and lies, between courage and cowardice, and between health and sickness.
Then, when these children grow up, they will use their feet to cast aside all this party rubbish, and in every district they will elect the man, the only one, who represents them and goes to the Reichstag on their behalf. Only then will we see true democracy! And it is ridiculous to think that among these elected candidates there would be even a single one who is not a genuine paragon… representative, in short, of (the) Volk that from generation to generation rises ever higher from the oozing slime in which Europe, in which the Old World is still wading.
Sometimes I have the feeling that it is not granted us to experience this great future, that only a coming generation will be mature enough to translate our ideas and plans into action. But it is our mission to bring about the basis for such a community of the Volk, and especially to guide the young people… along the paths that lead to this goal. It will not come about without a struggle! We must make no mistake about that. Not everything we tackle will be successful. There will be setbacks… Hammer blows will rain down upon us. But under them and through them the iron and bronze of which the… Volk is fashioned will be pounded and forged, and it will grow hard, hard as steel, steely! That is the way to make that magnificent sword with its bluish gleam that nevermore breaks and nevermore misses its mark…
During a sentencing hearing, Jennifer Andrushko, the mother of a five year oldidentity theft victim told the court of the difficulties she and her family had faced since learning of the theft of her son’s identity by an illegal alien, Lidia Aguirre, also known as Lidia Chavez.
Ms. Aguirre had originally been charged with five, third degree felonies – three identity fraud and two forgery. She eventually pled guilty to three, third degree felonies – two identity fraud and one forgery.
In her statement to the court, Ms. Andrusko detailed the damage done to her son and her family by Ms. Aguirre who had used her son’s Social Security number for more than a decade. She described the countless hours she devoted to personally investigating her son’s case, trying to get law enforcement to do its job, and her disgust with the Social Security Administration which showed a total disregard for destruction of her child’s future.
Ms. Andrushko explained that she had first learned of the identity theft on November 16, 2009, when she went to Utah’s Department of Workforce Services to apply for aid after her husband lost his job. During the eligibility interview, she was informed that wages were being reported on the SSN of her three year old son.
After filing a police report, Ms. Andrushko realized that the Harrisville Police Department was not going to pursue the case. The Social Security Administration denied assistance and claimed not to have any record of wages on her son’s Social Security number.
For several weeks after learning of the identity theft, Ms. Adrushko spent most of her waking hours trying to find help for her son but was unable to get any assistance from law enforcement, from federal agencies or even from her Congressman. She eventually contacted her state Senator, Scott Jenkins, and his efforts resulted in Assistant Attorney General, Richard Hamp, who is an expert in employment related identity theft prosecutions, taking the case and pursuing it with vigor.
During the next three years she carried out her own investigation and kept in constant contact with Mr. Hamp. During that time she heard nothing from her local police department even though she added information to the police report that she had originally filed.
She explained that Ms. Aguirre used her son’s Social Security number for employment purposes, to obtain credit and even to get medical care. Ms. Andrushko told the court how hard it has been to determine the damage done to her son’s future and how after three years of constant effort, she has only scratched the surface.
It has even been more difficult to try to clean up the damage because the information is under Ms. Aguirre’s name but with Ms. Andrusko’s son’s Social Security number. Ms. Andrusko is considered to be a third party since she is not the victim and is constantly told that the five year old victim is the only one who can request and get information about activity on his Social Security number.
The court heard that Ms. Andrushko was exceptionally concerned that her son’s Social Security number had been used by a 38 year old, Hispanic female with a different blood type, different allergies and different medical conditions since this could lead to the corruption of her son’s medical records with life threatening consequences.
Ms. Andrusko described how she had contacted the three major credit reporting agencies. All three initially told her that no files existed for her son. She kept up the pressure and in March she was finally advised by TransUnion that there were indeed records linked to her son’s Social Security number in spite of earlier denials. She then contacted medical offices and others who had provided services to Ms. Aguirre while using her son’s Social Security number. (All denied any responsibility for the harm caused to her son.)
Mainly through her own efforts, Ms. Andrushko discovered that:
- Her son’s Social Security number was used for employment purposes in 2001, 2003, 2004, 2007, and 2009. (Her son was born in 2006 and even though the number had been used illegally for years, the Social Security Administration still assigned it to him. The fraudulent use of her son’s number resulted in three felony identity fraud charges and two felony forgery charges).
- Her son’s record showed credit charges totaling $10,397 with Ms. Aguirre co-signing with her husband. This included an auto loan in 2006 of approximately $9000 and another in 1999 for pots and pans. (No charges have been brought for these felonies).
- Medical care was obtained under her son’s number. This included collections totaling around $7000 and 11 accounts at various facilities of a local health care group plus care at an OB/GYN’s office and some pathology items. (No charges have been brought for these felonies).
- A pathology bill was paid for by Medicaid which raises the question of whether Ms, Aguirre illegally received government benefits by using a fraudulently obtained Social Security number. (No charges have been brought for these possible felonies).
- Ms. Aguirre had also used another fraudulently obtained Social Security number meaning that she has still committed more felonies and more importantly that there may be another identity theft victim. (No charges have been brought for these felonies).
Ms. Andrushko pointed out that Ms. Aguirre had seriously compromised if not destroyed her son’s future and that as his mother, she was doing everything possible to recover his good name and to avoid future problems.
She told the court that she fears that her son’s Social Security number will continue to be used if the perpetrator is released. She recommended that Ms. Aguirre be given the same sentence and held to the same accountability standard that she would be held to if the situation was reversed and if she had used the Social Security number of one of Ms. Aguirre’s American born children.
She also discussed her son’s understanding of what has happened to him and of his apprehension about being near Ms. Aguirre during her initial appearance since he knew that the police had been looking for her for a long time. The judge acknowledged seeing the victim, five year old Carter Andrushko, and his family in court every time action was taken in the case.
Ms. Andrushko said that she was genuinely sorry for what the Aguirre family is going through since Ms. Aguirre’s husband was recently arrested and jailed for a serious crime.
She emphasizes that she doesn’t wish Ms. Aguirre ill but that she does want her to understand that children, including her American born children, are prime targets for Social Security number only identity theft. In fact, it is not beyond the realm of possibility that Ms. Aguirre’s children’s Social Security numbers are in the pool of numbers available on the street and that her children are the victims of illegal alien driven, job related identity theft.
Ms. Adrushko asked for a copy of the conviction or another document that would help her prove that legal action has been taken and that would help her recover her son’s good name and his future. She also asked for a list of everything Ms. Aguirre used her son’s stolen identity for no matter how trivial – dentist visits, cell phones, utilities, employment, even the purchase of a stick of gum, etc.
The judge inquired about getting a new Social Security number for the victim. Mr. Hamp explained that that would be just one more burden on the victim and that there was no guarantee that the new Social Security number would not be compromised.
Ms. Andrushko said that she had been told not to waste her time trying to get a new Social Security number issued since there had to be two years of constant abuse resulting in so much financial damage that the victim would never be able to recover. She reiterated the fact that her son had already been assigned a corrupted Social Security Number by the Social Security Administration and that she did not want to go through that again since the Social Security Administration continues to issue numbers that are being fraudulently used.
Due to the arrest of Ms. Aguirre’s husband, sentencing was deferred until September 24.
Jermalle Brown, 19, of the 7100 block of South East End Avenue was charged with murder in the accidental shooting death of Douglas Bufford, 16, police said.
Brown was already in custody because he’d been charged only with committing a home invasion, police said. He had appeared in bond court July 28 and was being held in lieu of $250,000, according to jail records.
Brown did not appear Saturday in court.
Police said that about 9:45 p.m. July 25, four or five males forced their way into a home on the 1400 block of East 73rd Street in the Grand Crossing neighborhood and announced a robbery.
One of a group accidentally shot a fellow attacker, identified as Bufford, in the back of the head with a shotgun, police said. The homeowner wasn’t injured, according to authorities.
In addition to Brown, a 16-year-old was also charged but his name was not available. It was not clear who the shooter was.
An autopsy July 30 determined Bufford died of a shotgun wound to the head, according to the Cook County medical examiner‘s office. Bufford was pronounced dead July 29 at 1:55 p.m. atJohn H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County, the medical examiner’s office said.
Roberto Garcia, 64, of Riva, Md., was charged with attempted murder, first and second degree assault, and other offenses after police say he punched and stabbed a 47-year-old man who offered Garcia a drink.
The stabbing happened at the Londontown Pub at 726 Londontown Road in Edgewater. Investigators say that another bar patron managed to knock down Garcia, whose knife was taken away from him.
The 47-year-old victim, whose name has not been released, was taken to University of Maryland Shock Trauma center with life-threatening injuries. He is listed as being in stable condition. Garcia was transported to Anne Arundel Medical Center to be treated for injuries he suffered in the subsequent fight.
Federal authorities arrested 31 people, including nearly two dozen illegal immigrants, in San Diego County during an operation targeting criminal immigrants last week, according to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Sixteen of the 31 individuals arrested were North County residents, according to ICE. The arrests took place in Chula Vista, El Cajon, Encinitas, Escondido, La Mesa, Oceanside, San Diego, San Marcos and Vista.
The three-day operation, which ended Friday, was conducted by ICE as part of the agency’s efforts to prioritize the deportation of criminal illegal immigrants and illegal immigrants who have been deported before, officials said.
“(ICE) is committed to working hard to make our communities safer by arresting and removing convicted criminal aliens and those who blatantly ignore their deportation orders without regard for our nation’s laws,” said Robin Baker, field director for ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations in San Diego.
Among those arrested was a 51-year-old Mexican man, whose name was not released, convicted of committing lewd and lascivious acts on a child under the age of 14, according to ICE. He is facing deportation, officials said.
Another man arrested during the operation was a 55-year-old Mexican man with a criminal history that includes domestic violence, drunken driving, theft and possession of a controlled substance, according to ICE. He was deported to Mexico last week, officials said.
The 25 men and six women arrested during the operation include foreign nationals from three countries; Mexico, Guatemala and Russia.
Of those arrested during the operation, 23 were illegal immigrants with prior criminal convictions whose crimes included sex crimes, domestic violence, embezzlement and possession of narcotics, officials said.
The group also included five immigration fugitives with outstanding orders of deportation and 18 previously deported illegal immigrants.
